  1. What is your delivery time?

    We have chosen to send the products directly from the supplier to you. This way we can save enormously on storage, transport and packaging costs and we can offer you the products at a fair price.

    Because we ship the products directly from the supplier, we have an average delivery time of 7-16 working days for orders in the United States.

    Any additional customs clearance costs and/or import duties are not included in the price and will be borne by the customer.

    There is a possibility that you may be subject to special additional customs clearance fees and taxes, which are levied once your order reaches its destination country.

    These additional costs for customs clearance are for the account of the customer; basic-pets.com has no insight into these costs and cannot indicate how much they will amount to.

    When ordering a product, the customer agrees to pay any duties or fees required by government or customs.

At DODKART, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:

1. Return Conditions

  • Only damaged items, items damaged during delivery can be returned within 3 days .
  • Returned items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible for a refund..

2. Damaged or Defective Items 

  • If your order is delivered damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at kartdod@gmail.com.

Important: damaged Orders must be returned within 3 days of receipt.
